Todd Brooker

Todd is President at CG&A and has been with the firm since 1992. Starting as a Reservoir Engineer, his responsibilities have expanded to include business development, project management, reserves and economics evaluations, fair market valuations, resource studies, M&A&D support, regulatory guidance and expert witness services. Todd has evaluated and prepared thousands of reserves and economics analyses for use in financing, public filings and oil and gas property transactions by hundreds of clients (major & independent oil companies, banks, private investors, etc.), with his reports routinely used for U.S. SEC and Canadian CSA public company disclosures. His experience includes significant projects in both conventional and unconventional resources in every major North American producing basin and abroad. He is based in Austin and has managed that office since its opening in 2002. Prior to joining CG&A, Todd worked in the Gulf of Mexico drilling and production engineering at Chevron USA in New Orleans, Louisiana. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Texas at Austin in 1989 with a BS degree in Petroleum Engineering. He is a registered professional engineer in Texas, a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) and the Society of Petroleum Evaluation Engineers (SPEE).

Executive Vice President

Zane Meekins

Zane is Executive Vice President at CG&A and has been with the firm since 1989. His primary responsibilities include reserves & economics evaluations, and field studies. He has extensive experience in the evaluation of both conventional and unconventional gas and oil reservoirs in the United States and abroad. Zane is actively involved in reserves and economics analyses for use in property acquisitions by various clients. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas A&M University in 1987 with a BS in Petroleum Engineering. He is a registered professional engineer in Texas, a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), and The Society of Petroleum Evaluation Engineers (SPEE).

Chief Technical Officer

Tom Hardman

Tom came to CG&A in 1973 as Data Processing Manager. He received a BS degree in Mathematics in 1973 from the University of Texas at Arlington. He provides data acquisition and management services, development and organization of engineering databases, and analysis of client assets for reserve filings with financial and regulatory organizations. Tom is highly experienced in reserve and economic models, both from the software development perspective and as an end-user. He also serves as an engineering computing facilitator for numerous and varied reserve and economic projects, working effectively with clients, engineers and technical staff.

Gus Presas

Gus joined CG&A in September of 1997 as a reservoir engineer. His responsibilities include reserve and economic evaluations, fair market valuations, field studies and acquisition/divestiture analysis. His experience includes the evaluation of conventional and unconventional resources in every major basin in the United States. Gus graduated from the University of Houston with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).

Matt Regan

Matt joined CG&A in January of 2005 as a reservoir engineer. His responsibilities include reserve and economic evaluations, fair market valuations, field studies and acquisition/divestiture analysis. His experience includes the evaluation of conventional and unconventional resources throughout the continental United States and the Gulf of Mexico. Matt graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. He is a registered professional engineer in Texas.

Kellie Jordan

Kellie joined the CG&A team in October of 2004 as a reservoir engineer. Her responsibilities include reserve and economic evaluations, fair market valuations, field studies and acquisition/divestiture analysis. Her experience includes the evaluation of properties throughout the United States. Kellie graduated from the University of Texas with a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering. She is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).

Senior Engineer

Jonathan Schmit

Jonathan, a Senior Reservoir Engineer, joined the firm in 2011. His primary responsibilities include oil/gas reserves and economic estimations, per SEC and SPE-PRMS guidelines, for public and private reserves reporting, acquisition/divestiture analysis, midstream volumetric assessments, and enhanced oil/gas recovery feasibility studies. He has managed conventional/unconventional resource projects in all major onshore basins in the continental U.S. and the Gulf of Mexico. Jonathan graduated Cum Laude from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and is a registered professional engineer in the state of Texas.

Senior Engineer

Josh Passman

Josh joined CG&A in October 2011 as a Senior Reservoir Engineer. His responsibilities include reserves and economics evaluations, field studies, pipeline resource studies, and acquisition/divestiture analysis. His reserve reports are routinely used for public company SEC disclosures. His experience encompasses 10 years working for operators in all facets of upstream petroleum engineering including management before joining CG&A. He specializes in unconventional resources in every major U.S. producing basin. Joshua graduated 2nd in his class with the highest academic honors from the Colorado School of Mines in 2000 with a BS degree in Petroleum Engineering and is an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Army.

Rob Bergeron

Rob is a senior reservoir engineer at CG&A and has been with the firm since 2013. His responsibilities include reserves and economic evaluations, fair market valuations, field studies, reserves-based lending and acquisition/divesture analysis. His experience includes the evaluation of conventional and unconventional resources throughout the continental United States and the Gulf of Mexico in support of public and private clients including SEC filings. Rob graduated from Texas A&M University with a M.E. in Civil Engineering, is a registered professional engineer in Texas and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).

Jeff Loskorn

Jeff is a senior reservoir engineer at CG&A and has been with the firm since 2014. His responsibilities include reserves and economic evaluations, fair market valuations, field studies, reserves-based lending, and acquisition/divestiture analysis. His experience includes evaluating conventional and unconventional resources in every major basin in the United States, with a particular focus on the Permian Basin. Jeff graduated from the University of Texas with a B.S. and an M.S. in Civil Engineering. He is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), the Society of Petroleum Evaluation Engineers (SPEE), and is a registered professional engineer in Texas.
